What is Carry?
Carry is a marketplace where anyone can open a store, sell their own products, and earn commission by showing products from other stores.
What does it mean to carry a product?
You add another store's product to your store page. When a buyer comes through your store and buys it, the original seller ships it and you earn commission.
Do I need to hold stock?
No. The seller who listed the product keeps the stock and ships the order.
Who sets the commission?
The seller does, as a whole percentage from 1 to 50. You see the rate before you add a product.
How does a sale get credited to my store?
When a buyer visits your store page and then adds a product you carry to their cart, the order is linked to your store. The link lasts seven days.
When do I get paid?
Commission is recorded with each order today. Payouts through Stripe are being finished before launch.
Can buyers mix products from different stores?
Yes. One cart can hold products from several stores, and each seller gets their own order to fulfil.
Who ships my order?
The seller who listed the product ships it, even if you found it through another store.
Who do I contact about an order?
Start from your order page. The order shows which seller is fulfilling it. You can also email us.
Can I remove a product I carry?
Yes. Remove it from your Carry page whenever you like and it leaves your store page.
Can I keep selling my own products too?
Yes. Your store can show your own products and the ones you carry, side by side.
